Rules
1. Temporary Use and Reservation Limit: This is an RV Park for temporary use only. Reservation limit is 4 weeks at a time. No group activities or assemblies will be held in the RV Park.
2. Children: are welcome are our RV Park. We ask that you please be responsible for your children and ensure that they are always under supervision. They are to be courteous of other tenants and their property.
3. Quiet Time: There is a quiet time between the hours of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. Offensive parties may be cited and/or evicted.
4. Check-Out Time: Check out time is 10 a.m.
5. Sewer: sewer connection- a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Alabama Law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut.
6. Parking: Park your vehicle directly in front of your RV. If your vehicle occupies a needed RV space, you may be charged. There are not to be more than two vehicles per RV. Please Park parallel to your RV out of the main drive.
7. Water Usage: Use of Park water to was vehicles and watercrafts is prohibited.
8. Laundry: There are no laundry facilities. Do not hang clothing around the RV. Clothes lines are not allowed.
9. Termination of Agreement: N & N Properties reserves the right to terminate this Agreement of the discretion of N & N Properties.
10. Assistance: For assistant Monday- Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. please email or call one of the numbers listed in the contact tab. If you need after-hours assistance, please allow for reasonable time for a response.
11. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be made through this website. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund. Cancellations can be requested by emailing hiddenpinesrv@yahoo.com.
12. Maintenance and Repairs: Tenants are responsible for maintaining their RV lot in a clean and orderly manner. N & N Properties is responsible for maintaining shared facilities and common areas. Tenants must report necessary repairs or maintenance issues to N & N Properties promptly.
13. Utilities: The RV Park provides electricity, water, and sewer.
14. Pet Policy: Please maintain control of your pets. Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets outside on a chain or in a pen overnight, or in your absence.
15. Trash: Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied. boxes must be broken down. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by N & N Properties.
16. Fireworks and Firearms: No fireworks allowed. No open firearms displayed.
17. Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behaviors will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
18. Illegal Drugs: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Hidden Pines RV Park. Peron(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
19. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the tenant and management, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties may consider mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal action.
20. Liability: Al park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guest. Any and all persons using the facilities do at their own risk and consent. N & N Properties is not responsible for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.
